M80x10 4-pole DC Motor

4 pole Brush DC Motor

The M80 is a brush collector DC motor with permanent excitation. In brush DC Motors of this type the exciter field in the stator is built up by using continuous magnets. The commutation is achieved mechanically through a system of brushes and a collector which rotates on the rotor shaft.

The permanent excited brush DC motor is, due to its linear set of characteristic curves, a very well adaptable and controllable drive. At any desired cranking torque the motor can be operated with different power settings.
